shot7.com grants to a Licensee a non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable and non-assignable right to reproduce, display, broadcast, transmit or create a derivative work of the photos.
Users whom download high-resolution photos or video may use them for the purposes covered in our “Terms and Conditions” set out on this page. In downloading high-resolution images, you agree to pay the appropriate license fee for any use of that media according to our Terms and Conditions.

Limit of Liability
Neither shot7.com, it’s licensers, employees, officers, agents or contributors shall be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect damages or any other damages arising from your use of shot7.com images whatsoever. This includes any claims by third-parties from which you shall hold shot7.com harmless from such actions. Images which include people or trademarks, whether recognizable or not are used at the user’s own risk.
