(September 13, 2009) Tyler Perry, as co-producer with Oprah Winfrey, was in Toronto to support Precious: Based on the Novel Push which premiered at the 2009 Toronto Film Festival to critical acclaim and Oscar buzz. Perry was also just in the news for donating $1 million to NAACP. The largest one-time personal contribution that the organization has ever seen.
